This is it. After so many years, the guys get their first real taste of the Flash Animation years of Arthur with the Season 16 premiere, "Based on a True Story." Will recaps the many behind-the-scenes changes in Arthur that led up to this, and he and Lucas give their honest opinions on both the new look of the show and the new characters in the Arthur universe.
